Throughout my journey—from being a first-generation student, working as a behavior technician, a behavior analyst, and eventually in finishing my doctorate–I’ve experienced firsthand some of the barriers to clinical and organizational excellence in this field.
From these experiences, I’ve developed a deep passion in shaping the culture of organizations. To me, leadership is about creating an environment where people feel genuinely supported, empowered, and enabled to do the jobs they are passionate about.
C4 was born from that passion. Its values were shaped by experience and the goal is to cultivate an organization that defies the traditional command-and-control approach– rather, a place that works with distributed leadership, shared responsibility, and trust. A place to create space for experimentation and the development of diverse, effective solutions.
The goal is a culture where feedback is delivered with empathy, behavior is modeled with integrity, and people are encouraged to bring their full selves to work. This isn’t just theoretical—it’s the foundation of our operations, our relationships, and our mission.
C4 is committed to building strong, values-aligned partnerships with its learners, therapists, students, community members, and everyone in-between. If you believe in collaborative growth, inclusive systems, and the power of culture to drive sustainable, meaningful impact, I’d love to connect.
